colonel mustard

Dress: Dotti

Rainy days + procrastination = taking indoor photos in mustard dress with silly background. There is not one wall in my house that isn't covered with pictures of boats or roosters. Mum likes boats and roosters. Anyway, I have an assignment due on Friday, so I thought a good use of my time would be to prance around the house in a pretty dress with no intention of actually going out anywhere. "But Kirsten," I hear you say, "shouldn't you have been doing your assignment today instead?" Ha! What a fine joke indeed. Assignment can wait until Thursday night. I am an A+ student.

Toodle-oo!

  20. The color of that dress truly does compliment your skin and hair color, looks great. But the real question here is, was he killed by the revolver or the lead pipe??

  21. Hahaha, your post made me giggle. I can relate - getting dressed up all pretty on a rainy day and not going anywhere or seeing anyone. And then feeling pretty incredibly lame, but at least pretty. That mustard dress is incredible! Also, I know you said your hair was damaged but I really can't see what you're talking about, it looks so nice and shiiiiinny and suits you so well!

  28. You can't beat a good bit of procrastinating and then last minute stress and freak outs! :) haha! Hope the assignment went swimmingly! :) Oh and yes, sorry ten years later (I've been away from internetsville!) (haha playing skyrim amongst other important things!) I will be moving to Australia but not for like 4 friggin YEARS! :( If I had it my way we'd move today but my fella is studying and stuff... But my Mum and her entire family are from there and so I get like special 'you can live here' privileges or something! :) I will DEFO visit you and maybe force you to be my friend! :) You look very pretty in that pretty dress! :) Hope you are enjoying your day, oh, it's like 3am there, hope you are having a nice sleep haha! :) Zoë x

    1. Thanks Julia! It's fine where I live thankfully, there are some suburbs around Brisbane that have flooded pretty badly but nobody I know has been affected. Think there's been some other places in QLD and NSW that have been hit but I don't really know because I don't watch the news, haha. Thank you anyway, this was such a nice message to read!
